A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the remaining final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
For group bookings (where more than one cottage is booked), a 40% deposit is required to confirm the booking - you must contact us directly to make a group booking. We can confirm whether the Group Dining Room is available to book.
In the event of cancellation:
If we cancel your stay for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
If you cancel your stay - we will reimburse you what we are able to resell, up to the value you have paid, less a £75 administration fee (per cottage). If we are unable to resell any of your stay, then we are unable to provide a refund of any of the monies you have paid. We would advise taking out appropriate travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Please see our T&Cs for more detailed information.
